I hope you know that these are sincere words.

So many things are ‘falling into place’ that indicate His coming is soon. Each day passes and we see/learn new things that are fulfilling the Scriptures. God is sounding His alarm and calling for those that are asleep to wake up.

Where will you be after death?

Think about this. As soon as you die, you will know where you will spend eternity. There is no purgatory or afterlife payment method. Hebrew 9:27
It doesn’t matter if you say you don’t believe in God or heaven/hell. That’s like saying you don’t believe in gravity so you can step off of a tall building without falling. Your conscious knows this is true but you may have hardened it over time.

How would you answer the question, “If I died today, where will I spend eternity?”

If the Bible is true, there is only One way to heaven and that is through Jesus Christ. We start by recognizing that we are sinners. Did you know that just one lie separates us from God, and that there is nothing we can do to ‘pay’ for our violation of God’s law?
“All have sinned and fall short of God’s glory.”
— Romans 3:23

Because of that we would spend eternity separated from Him in hell.

“Sin entered the world because one man sinned. And death came because of sin.”
— Romans 5:12
Everyone has sinned, so death comes to all people.
BUT! He loved us so much and wants us with Him, that He sent His Son, Jesus, who as God, became flesh and is the only man that ever lived a perfect life.
“God has shown us how much He loves us—it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us!” — Romans 5:8

He was sacrificed on the cross and paid OUR debt. My debt! Your debt!
We have to tell God that we believe in His Son, accept His incredible gift and turn away (repent) from our own sinfulness.
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.”
– Rom 10:9-10
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
– Rom. 10:13

We must be obedient to His words and are then baptized (immersed) as an outward sign of our belief.
“Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were buried therefore with Him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.”
– Romans 6:3-4

None of this means that we will never sin again but we now have a mediator that will stand with us on the day of judgment. There is an adversary, the evil one, that wants you to not look for the truth, to be indifferent or even to get angry about it.

I hope anyone that here only wants the truth. I only want to know what is true and I pray you are willing to search for it. It is worth looking for. Search the Scriptures and the Truth will be revealed to you.

If you received Jesus today, welcome to God’s family. Now, as a way to grow closer and be obedient to Him, the Bible tells us to follow up on our commitment.

Get baptized as commanded by Christ.

Tell someone else about your new faith in Christ.
Spend time with God each day. It does not have to be a long period of time. Just develop the daily habit of praying to Him and reading His Word. Ask God to increase your faith and your understanding of the Bible.

Seek fellowship with other followers of Jesus. Develop a group of believing friends to answer your questions and support you.
“Jesus answered, “I am the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” — John 14:6

There is only One Way to God, One Way to Heaven and One Way to be Saved from the penalty of sin. The Way is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God, alone. Please, trust in Jesus today!
