Examine yourself
Self-examination is important in every Christians life because it helps us to discern and identify our weaknesses and sin issues. When we know ourselves, we can be more intentional with the way we navigate through life circumstances and temptations
Repent
We cannot talk about repentance without talking about obedience. To obey God is to die of our fleshly desires, to turn away from our sins and choose Christ. This is the declaration of love, to love God is to obey Him.
Stay Connected
It is important that we create time for God in our personal lives, and not only in community settings of small groups and church services. Staying connected to God outside of church further helps us build a solid foundation of faith, trust, experience, and personal relationship.
Submit to God
Submitting to God, is another form of obedience. When we submit ourselves to God, we choose to do his will and purpose, over our own. When we submit ourselves to God, He is able to guide us in the right direction.
