Do You Pay Tithe?

“Tithe” means “tenth,” referring to 10% of one’s income or produce it’s a significant practice in some Christian traditions, originating from Old Testament law for temple support and the needy, while New Testament teachings emphasize generous, cheerful giving, making it a voluntary act of worship rather than a strict requirement for many believers today, though still seen as a key principle for supporting the church and trusting God as provider.
This new testament order has replaced the old order but some people are still using the name tithe in the churches and made people to believe that it is the ten percent of their income but the law has been replaced as a result of the change in the priesthood.
