Day 3 Be still and know that I am God.

Day 3

Topic: Be still and know that I am God.

Psalms 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth

There are burdens, problems and yokes we struggle with every day. However, God tells us in Psalms 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” To not surrender to God is to choose to live a burdened, restless and stressed life with all its pressures. In contrast, when we give our problems to the Lord, we become still and receive His rest. Matthew 11:28 says, “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” When do we enter rest? When we stop fighting with our own strength; when we let go of the burden and surrender to God.

When you let go, your soul rests, and you let God be God. When you surrender to His will, you allow Him to intervene in your problem.

Activation
Lord, I cannot fix this problem with my own strength, so I let it go and leave it in Your hands
Whatever the problem that is overwhelming me, on this day God I place all my burdens at the foot of the cross.

Pray with me

Lord Jesus, I repent for trying to do everything on my own strength. I apologize for not letting you act in my life. I let You be God in my life. Thank you Jesus. In Jesus Name Amen!
