These are the benefits we obtained as a result of death and resurrection of Christ called Easter
Free and full forgiveness of sins -Colossians 1:13-14
Reconciliation with God Romans 5:1-2
Assurance of salvation 2 Timothy 1:12
Adoption as God’s children Eph 2:19
The indwelling of the Holy Spirit -Romans 8:9
Access to God through prayer -Ephesians 2:18
Eternal life with God after death John 5:24
All these can only be obtained through Repentance and faith
Repentance – means to turn away from our old ways
Faith – Working in those things God asked us to do in order to inherit His Kingdom
Those that have faith walk with God and purify themselves.
1John 3:3Anyone who this hope purifies himself. Are you ready?
Colossians 2:6 therefore as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him.
Having received this great sacrifice what is your response?
Seeing how great is the sacrifice, love and also the rewards to those that believed and do His will.
What will make you to loss all these?
The only thing that can make us to loss these things is Sin 2 Peter 2:21; Hebrews 10:26
Through Easter we have obtained a new living hope
If you have not obtained this grace, now God is calling you to come out and receive the grace. And those of you that have not been faithful to God and now God is calling you to come out.

Kekayaan kasih karunia Tuhan
Di dalam Dia kita mempunyai penebusan oleh darah-Nya, pengampunan dosa, sesuai dengan kekayaan kasih karunia-Nya; Efesus 1:7
Allah menunjukkan kasih karunia -Nya kepada kita melalui kematian dan kebangkitan Yesus Allah menunjukkan kasih karunia -Nya yang besar bahwa ketika kita masih berdosa, ada orang benar yang mati demi orang yang tidak benar Roma 5:7-9
Menanggung malu bagi orang berdosa dan menjadi kutukan Galatia 3:13
Kristus telah menebus kita dari kutuk hukum Taurat dengan menjadi kutuk karena kita, sebab ada tertulis: Terkutuklah setiap orang yang digantung pada kayu salib.
Pengorbanan yang luar biasa?
Sebelum kita dapat mengetahui apa yang telah diperolehnya. Marilah kita mengetahui betapa beratnya pengorbanan yang dilakukan Yesus.
Pengorbanan yang luar biasa?
Bahwa Yesus rela menderita dan mati karena orang-orang berdosa, siapa pun yang peduli padanya. Yesus membayar harga yang mahal agar kita bisa diselamatkan.
- Orang benar mati demi orang berdosa.
- Dia mati agar kita bisa hidup
- Dia menjadi miskin agar kita menjadi kaya
- Dia ditolak agar kita dapat diterima
- Dia menderita agar kita disembuhkan
- Dia menjadi dosa agar kita menjadi kebenaran.
Manfaat Salib
Inilah manfaat yang kita peroleh akibat kematian dan kebangkitan Kristus yang disebut Paskah
1. Pengampunan dosa secara gratis dan penuh -Kolose 1:13-14
2. Rekonsiliasi dengan Tuhan Roma 5:1-2
3. Jaminan keselamatan 2 Timotius 1:12
4. Pengangkatan sebagai anak Tuhan Ef 2:19
5. Berdiamnya Roh Kudus -Roma 8:9
6. Akses kepada Tuhan melalui doa -Efesus 2:18
7. Kehidupan kekal bersama Tuhan setelah kematian Yohanes 5:24
Semua ini hanya dapat diperoleh melalui Pertobatan dan iman
Pertobatan – berarti meninggalkan cara-cara lama yaitu dosa
Iman – Melakukan hal-hal yang Tuhan minta agar kita lakukan untuk mewarisi Kerajaan-Nya
Orang yang beriman berjalan bersama Tuhan dan menyucikan dirinya.
1Yohanes 3:3 Siapa pun yang memiliki pengharapan ini, menyucikan dirinya.
Apakah kamu siap?
Kolose 2:6 Karena itu, sama seperti kamu telah menerima Kristus Yesus, Tuhan, maka hiduplah di dalam Dia.
Setelah menerima pengorbanan besar ini, apa respon mu?
Melihat betapa besarnya pengorbanan, cinta dan juga pahala bagi orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan kehendak-Nya.
Apa yang membuatmu kehilangan semua ini?
Satu-satunya hal yang dapat membuat kita kehilangan hal-hal tersebut adalah Dosa

Melalui Paskah kita memperoleh harapan hidup yang baru
Jika Anda belum memperoleh rahmat ini, kini Tuhan memanggil Anda untuk keluar dan menerima rahmat tersebut. Dan bagi anda yang selama ini tidak setia kepada Tuhan dan kini Tuhan memanggil anda untuk keluar.
