When I am afraid, I put my trust in you

When I am afraid, I put my trust in you (Psalm 56:3). Fear is a natural enough emotion for us humans. I find I get into more trouble by pretending it’s not there than actually confronting it, as the Psalmist reminds me. Doing something about it, in prayer.

How can you put your trust in God when the things of the world are tormenting and disgusting. We can say it easily but it is hard to put it to world.

But to overcome such a situation, we need to invite the Holy Spirit into our heart to come and remove everything that are preventing us from reaching out to trust in God. Many people are blocking the presence of God in them and still waiting for the Lord to intervene.
